Terms of use
These terms cover thekansocollective.com and the Kanso Collective waitlist. The Kanso Collective is a brand run by Zeebo UK Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
- Joining doesn't reserve a pair. The first run is small, and colors and sizes may sell out.
- Your place in line decides the order we email people when sales open.
- Please sign up once, with your own email address. We may remove duplicate, fake or automated sign-ups.
The 25% offer
- Everyone on the waitlist gets 25% off their first order from The Kanso Collective.
- We'll email you a code when sales open. It can be used once per person and can't be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash.
- The email will say how long the code lasts.
Referrals
When a friend joins with your link, you move up five places. Referrals must be real people who chose to join. We may undo moves that come from fake or duplicate sign-ups.
The product
The Kanso Cut is in development. The images on this site show the planned design, and the finished pants may differ slightly in color, fabric or detail. The planned price is $110, and we'll confirm the final price, colors and sizes before you buy. Purchases will have their own terms of sale, shipping and returns.
Using the site
The site's text, images, logo and designs belong to us. You may share links and screenshots, but please don't copy the content for commercial use. Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it or by signing up in bulk.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top.
