Privacy policy
The Kanso Collective is a brand run by Zeebo UK Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit thekansocollective.com or join our waitlist, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you join the waitlist: your email address, your answers to the five questions (what you'd wear them for, what you wear on top, your color and your size), your referral code, who referred you if anyone did, and the time you joined.
- To stop spam sign-ups: your IP address, kept briefly to limit how many sign-ups come from one connection.
- In your browser: we save your place in line on your device so the site remembers you've joined.
- Analytics and advertising: through Google Tag Manager we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel with Meta's Conversions API. These record pages you view, when you open the waitlist and when you join, along with device and browser details. Meta may also receive a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address to match your visit to a Meta account. This tells us which ads work.
How we use it
- To email you when the first run is ready, with your 25% discount, and with occasional Kanso news. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To decide what to make, such as how many of each color and size.
- To run the referral list and move people up when friends join.
- To measure and improve our ads on Meta and Google.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your email address or quiz answers. We share data only with the services that run the site and our ads: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API). Meta and Google may use the data they receive under their own policies, including to show you ads. If we later use an email service to send launch emails, it will receive your email address only to send them.
Your choices
- Leave the waitlist or delete your data: email hello@thekansocollective.com from the address you signed up with and we'll remove you.
- See or correct your data: email us and we'll send you what we hold.
- Limit ad tracking: you can block cookies in your browser, and adjust ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts. Turning on Global Privacy Control or an ad blocker also limits what these tools collect.
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under local privacy law. Email us and we'll help.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer need them for the launch and the offer. Analytics data is kept under Google's and Meta's standard retention settings.
Children
The site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be emailed to people on the waitlist.
